Partnering with Sacramento County Regional Parks and Friends of Sailor Bar for the inaugural Play Day on the American River Parkway — join us to celebrate the outdoors and have fun while helping wildlife in our beautiful river habitat!

Turtle Pond at Sailor Bar 4253 Illinois Avenue.
The event will take place following the Celebration of Benches that morning at Sailor Bar (which starts at 10am at the Olive Avenue entrance of Sailor Bar).
Fun, accessible event is perfect for all ages and folks with limited mobility.
Toss magnets in the pond to fish out abandoned gear to help keep the waterbirds and wildlife safe! Learn about keeping wildlife safe on the river while celebrating Play Day with Sacramento County Parks and Friends of Sailor Bar.
